Shipping and Return Information

Since each hat is individually made to order with the fabric and style of your choice, returns are only permitted on defective or incorrectly shipped orders. Should your order be defective in manufacturing or sewing or should you receive an incorrect item different from what you ordered, we will be happy to return/replace your item. Please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website and let us know about the problem. We will gladly return/replace your order. No other returns or cancellations are allowed outside of this policy, sorry!

Please note that we ONLY ship to the United States of America (including Alaska and Hawaii). Any international orders will automatically be canceled due to the increased risk of fraud from these orders.

Orders are shipped out once all hats in the order are made. All hats are individually handmade to specification after the order is received. It normally takes less than one week to fulfill each order, however delays may occur with large quantity orders or high volume. Should we anticipate that it will take more than one week to fulfill your order, we will contact you via email and inform you of the delay. Normally, however delays are minimal and all orders are fulfilled and shipped within one week of receipt.

Shipping is offered via two methods, Priority Mail and Express Mail both by the United States Postal Service. Priority Mail normally takes 2 - 3 postal days to be delivered and Express Mail is delivered overnight on the next postal day. Please note that these are the shipping times and do not include the normal, up to seven day, time frame it takes to individually hand sew each order to specification. Shipping prices are as follows:

Priority Mail:
1 to 5 Hats = $5.50
6+ Hats     = $11.00

Express Mail:
1 to 5 Hats = $18.55
6+ Hats     = $30.00
